If I could give this association a minus score I would. Rude, worthless and they could care less about any of the residents here. Anytime there is an issue it is immediately attributed to you or something you are or aren't doing to place the blame of whatever the concern is squarely at the resident's feet so the association is responsible for nothing. You get hung up on when the person on the other end if the phone doesn't like the fact that you are forcing them to care and do their job and showered with attitude at yhe same time. They claim they are doing the best that they can for you but they are really only doing what is best for the association. Excuse after excuse. Their excessive association fee has increased every year I have lived there. Every time I pay my association fee I feel

If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are absolutely terrible and their management as a whole is awful. They continue to raise our fees in our development and mind you we don’t even have a pool and our playgrounds are falling apart. Don’t bother calling them bc if you don’t have the correct tone they hang up on you. Had my car towed on a Friday and first woman hung up on me and second woman sent me to someone else bc she didn’t want to deal with me. They refused to even tell me where my car was towed to bc they wanted me to get screwed over the weekend and charged more…here is the kicker though…after both women hug up on me nobody answered their phones again all day…All around unprofessional and don’t have their residents best interests at heart. I called the association several times over the course of a week and spoke with Nicole. I explained that there was a leak on the outside of my unit that was causing the entire frame of my front door to be rotting away . I was told , that the person , who only comes 1 time a week on Wednesday ‘s would be here today to address the issue which get worse by the day with all the rain. I have never been contacted by anyone and bring that the problem is out the front door I don’t even need to be home ad I informed Nicole. I also called 4 weeks ago about hearing a dripping noise from my attic roof . I have yet to be called about setting up. Time to be home for that issue , which I would need to be home for . Lousy and lazy property manager named Dorothy Mandell. Tried to harass and make us pay for our unit for change of name. Does not answer to emails nor responds. Stupid lady whi dies not comprehend english and need a lawyer to interpret for her. Go find a store clerk job!

Khalimah is the absolute best. I had an issue but she helped me get through it. A+
