Tiny tiny tiny apartment for the price. While it was updated, the washer/dryer kept breaking. 430 sq ft for over $2K a month! I had to call the repair company every time the washer/dryer broke.

This is a great place to live! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location.
