K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods

Don't go here. The board runs this place like a mini fiefdom. If you support freedom and happy living, this is not the place for you. The president needs to be fired and they definitely need a new attorney, along with a new board. Again, not the place for happy people who love freedom.

Seemed to have potential, until turning off Route 9 and passing 2 or 3 different trailer parks. Then when I get to the specific home for sale, it's not only more expensive than advertised, but did not match the pictures. I get it when you are picking a lot and a home from plans that the advertised price is a starting number. But when you call out a specific home address as the home for sale, you expect that home to look like the pictures online. That was 5 months ago and I see they dropped price twice since then and still no buyer. Do they want to build houses or do they want to eke out every last dollar from their customers? Thankfully there are several other better options.

Went to visit these homes and the sales people didn't have any knowledge and left us to walk about all the model homes by ourselves without any help for our questions.... Do you really want to sell these homes? Personal opinion you need to hire a cliental without an attitude that will answer questions that arise while walking about the models. This sale has been lost what a shame especially since we could buy out rite. Listen and learn owners of this property. The trailer park homes down the block did help make us make the decision not to purchase any of these homes.

Nice community, but absolutely horrible and upsetting experience as a visitor. Since this community opened..... Half of the time the automatic gate arm doesn't work. It only lifts up after punching in the code no less than 5 times. Oh and let's say it finally pings to let you in, it doesn't lift when a community member just rolls on right through. Unbelievably infuriating, frustrating and honestly a shame.

The sales staff are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and don't hover over you. They let you look around and are available when you need them. It was a very pleasant experience and I am in the process of buying. Very excited....loved the models, clubhouse and pool!
