Fantastic experience! We were looking for a home in 2 different counties and our realtor who has 30+ years of experience spent numerous hours with us. His experience and knowledge were 2nd to none. We fell in love with a home and our realtor ,Jeff, did a lot of homework and found some serious pitfalls to the home; his guidance saved us a lot of heartbreak and money. Just had the great pleasure of having Sue Raba sell our home. We sold during Covid and had a mess with township because offices and township employees were not accessible. Sue was on top of it! Between fielding our questions, speaking to my lawyer multiple times a day, hiring surveyors and appraisers, there was nothing for us to do but sit back and as she said "relax, I got this".
