We moved into this apartment a year ago. The building besides being brand new is beautifully maintained and clean. It’s always a pleasure enter. The elevator and entryways easy to use and the management is extremely helpful and responsive to any concerns and requests. The clubhouse and pool and all The amenities extremely enjoyable and again the management arranges fun and thoughtful events helping the residents to get to know each other. Even though the building is on a highway the wooded area on our side of the building gives it a very pleasant ambience , and of course the highway makes getting anywhere very convenient. The only issue we’ve had is footsteps from the floor above us. Again the management was extremely responsive and helpful in trying to improve the situation. Would high

First and Foremost i would like to give Kelly the Property Manager 7 stars ⭐️. She is Absolutely Amazing, Kind, Soft, Caring Human being i ever met.. From Me calling inquiring about the Availability for an Apartment to the Application Process, to my Moving in Process… Such a Smooth Process.. Kelly even checked on me to make sure i’m ok, with my New Apartment.. She’s was with me every step of the way.. She reassured me everything will go well, and everything went exactly well.. My Move was Smooth, Organized, and overall positive energy.. Also Dianne is Amazing & helpful and always onsite to help with any concerns. Genuine Ladies.. Yes, I am a resident. At sylvan woods in Howell I’m coming up on almost a year. I have to say that Kelly the property manager is such an excellent person and she helps a lot when you need it. I really like how she treats you. He’s a very good manager then I gotta say Diane she is one heck of a person she’s always there helping people if you have any questions she’s there and she does what she can do to help you. She’s an excellent person. Her personality is tremendous and I appreciate her very much and the complex is very nice. Well kept the apartments are gorgeous. Everything is brand new. That’s a good thing so I am very happy to live here. Thank you and you have a nice day.

From the very beginning, Diane and Kelly have gone above and beyond to make sure everything feels comfortable and welcoming. Both Diane and Kelly were really helpful when we were moving in — they took the time to explain all the documents we needed, guided us through the whole process, and made moving to Sylvian Woods Apartments simple and stress-free. Diane is always keeping an eye on things around the property, making sure everything stays clean, safe, and running smoothly. The apartment is lovely, spacious. The kitchen is big and I love it. The club house is a big plus. The people are mostly friendly and nice. A few issues here and there but nothing major. The staff is great, especially Diane. She is awesome
