Grace and the crew are very professional. I use them to manage my rentals. They do it all, handle all of my headaches. Well worth what they charge. Since the new owner Grace, things run Alot smoother. I've been using them since day one. I can't say one bad thing about Up North Property Services!!!!!!

I have a daughter who rents from them the house has black mold in her bathroom, furnace needs repaired andnobody showed up to even look at it after they called them. The screens are all torn and being held together by duct tape. When they did there walk through when they moved in they were told this stuff would all be fixed and wasn't! They were also charged a 250 cleaning fee and nothing was cleaned but never was refunded the cleaning fee ! I wouldn't recommend them

Grace will always go to bat for you when purchasing a house. Thanks again for everything you have done for us.
