Birchwood Meadows Apartments

Laundry room in senior bldg is always having machines break down and its dirty lobby is dusty and maintenance is lacking they come in and halfway do things so your calling for the same problem two weeks later or the issue never ge ts fixed like the top of

Very rude and don’t know how to do their job. Supposed to be helping people that are homeless and my family got denied cause we make to much when we’ve got denied for every house cause we didn’t make enough so know we’re getting told we make to much when we been making the same amount. How we supposed to find a place when both housing and apartments won’t take us cause we make to much or to less. We have been homeless for 2 years now and been getting told the same thing. It’s so sad cause we have three young children.

The apartments are nice management makes sure things get fixed or taken care of the scenery outside is nice and clean there's a park for kids to play my only complaint is some of the people who live here are not great

There are two Birchwood Meadows Apartments, one for seniors and the disabled and the other for younger people and families. I can only speak for the senior Birchwood Meadows. My daughter lives there and finds it to be clean and the people friendly, though some can be clanish,as everywhere. Whenever I have called to settle anything or have a question I have gotten a quick response.

Very unprofessional management with the way they handle situations. Bad mouthing all there tenants. Cute apartments but not worth it to deal with management. 👎
