Thunder Bay Apartments

I live at Thunder Bay Apartments, it's actually not a bad place to live. It's actually pretty convenient living here.

Maintenance is great, but the quality of these apartments is very poor. Plus, if you plan on moving out, don't expect much of your down payment back. Even if the quality of the apartment is just as good as when you moved in. Also, quiet hours are usually not very quiet due to the fact the first couple months I lived there, someone from downstairs would blast there music all night long.

It's income based housing, so there is always going to be a bit of drama. But being poor is no carnival ride. Nice staff, and the place does the best they can. Can't really ask for more.

I gave you 3 ⭐️ cuz if it wasn’t for these apartments, I’d be hungry & homeless! But hey, I’ve been living here for over 7yrs. I’m ready for an upgrade 🤩😂 Hi Sara... Hello Wes... Please oh Please fix the big hole under my kitchen sink😭 Soon I’ll be able to touch my neighbor’s head through the hole. 😬 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not bad appartments, great location, only problem I really have is they allow people to smoke Marijuana in there appartments. The smell and smoke is in the corridor to the other appartments not good for people with allergies to that. An the stink.
