EVERYONE is So nice, I have a nice view of the backyard grass & trees out both my windows, even played dice with you ladies
Since 1985 it has been let go and NOT updated at all..it's hard to believe it is the slums of alpena now cuz alpena housing commission has reinvested in and updated over the years which IS ESSENTIAL when the rent increases regularly and the bldgs (hidden brook) (KMG Prestige) continue to deteriorate all around u...not sure how in 2023 they get away w not even having handicap ENTRY DOORS ..come on ppl..it's HUD...
Nicely maintained senior community. Lovely residents.
Great place for older folks to live i deliver food there for elderly great to have people to be involved and great area overall
