I’ve lived here for over 3 yrs. I haven’t had any bedbugs as one mentioned. I still love it here like the day I moved in. Quiet neighbors, no one loud around me. Very peaceful! Never any issues with anyone that works in the office or maintenance. If you have any problems, you report it and they come look at it and fix it, as it should be. If it takes longer than expected just keep in mind they do maintain several buildings and they only have a few maintenance guys. Patience is the key. I personally haven’t had any problems though. Follow the rules and you won’t have any problems. No complaints AT ALL!

They have bed bugs. They have rented an apartment to my friend and the apartment has bed bugs. Watch out cause you will get a notice to quit if you dobt match up to their level of stupidity. Every tiny thing is a violation of the lease. The Director is rude as hell. She won't listen to both sides just the side she gets when someone complains about anyone. They are a one sided conversation and nothing more.

I live here and I love the location and everything about it!
