Terrible management company, nothing but issues since they took over. Went multiple months with no manager on site, wanted us to mail our checks for rent to the company at our expense, serious foundation issues, crumbling and falling apart. Ceiling poured water and was filled with 2 inch thick mold, was forced to vacate to a family members house and was not repaid for it. Took over a month to get it fixed before I could return to the apartment and afterwards had to clean up all the stuff left over from the repair, moldy tub of water and dust coated my entire apartment and all my property. Still having issues, dishwasher doesn't work, constant turnover for maintenance workers, had other tenants who are racist and sexist to me and took over a year to have them evicted or reprimanded at all.

Most disrespectful place I have ever lived. Management leaves sarcastic, aggressive, condescending notes on our doors. Nowhere I have ever lived has spoken to me that way. They look down on us because we are low income. Excuse me, I went to college. I was a teacher, but I got cancer.

Do not move here! Racist lady named Kari works in the office. I have lived in this building since its been remodeled and if it weren't for me this building would have never been cleaned once! It use to be a nice place but Manager evicted over 20 residents now hardly anyone lives here. I'm beginning to see why 👀

Poorly taken care of by current property management. Hallways/stairways never get cleaned...embarrassing. Parking lot is full of holes, washers n dryers are ancient..

The cleaners could pick up the hallways better in sweep the stairways otherwise the apartments ain't to bad
