University Crossing Apartments and Townhomes

Not worth the price. The strangest thing is that the warm water in the bathroom sinks is somehow limited for no reason, so you have to wash your hands with cold water. The furnace is very old and takes about an hour to heat up the apartment. There is absolutely no insulation, so in winter you have to keep the heat running constantly or the temperature drops quickly. They also plan to increase their prices as if they were competitive with other management companies, without even giving tenants the option to renew without an increase. Go somewhere else if you value your money.

I lived at this apartment complex through all four years of veterinary school. Never had issues. Very kind staff. Very helpful. Always recommend people live here from my vet school community because it was a nice environment. You can hear people easily through the walls but it’s an apartment complex so that’s to be expected. Very quiet throughout most of the day, perfect studying environment. I appreciate the clubhouse and the seasonal decor they do.

Lived there for all of undergrad in two different units. They have increased prices by hundreds over the past couple of years to match “market prices” while providing no real upgrades. They resealed the parking lot and put in EV chargers, which aren’t really upgrades. Be prepared to get the landlord special if you lease here. Your unit will likely be very dirty when you get the keys. Used to be good for the price point, but I wouldn’t pay anything over $900 for these units. Walls are very thin. You can rent elsewhere for a similar price point and get much nicer amenities.

The apartment staff are very professional and always kind. They respond quickly to requests. The management team has a great attitude and truly cares about residents. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to live. Management Staff is professional, friendly and has a great open line of communication. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. The property, buildings and apartments are clean and very well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in the West Lafayette area.
