I highly recommend this place for people who prioritize cleanliness, quick maintenance, and quiet neighborhood. My family with two young kids has lived here for more than a year since last summer in a 3bed/1.5bath unit and also extended our lease until next year. The very first reason that we chose was because of the hard wood flooring for my infant who has sensitive skin. While we have lived here, I’ve found there are more and more good things in this unit (3B1.5B) such as, very nice and flexible managing/leasing team (e.g. prorated rent), quick and intelligent maintenance (they figure out/solve every problem so quickly!), regular pest-control (I haven’t seen any roach), clean water (I guess the pipes are pretty good), new appliances, pretty reasonable electricity/gas bill, cool during s

Edit/update: I no longer live here but starting from fall 2025 Semester, MyCityBus has completely ruined the commute from 52 flats to Purdue. The 23 bus (formerly the 8) used to be in sync with the 22 and the 21 buses (formerly the 1B and 4B respectively) Now their schedules aren't lined up. They used to all arrive at the same time, every time at walmart. Plus they only run till 9 pm now !! not midnight !! (except for the 21, which doesn't matter if the 23 bus, formerly the 8, does not run till midnight.) PLUS no busses on sunday. Huge change. Consider this before deciding. Also the 24E bus (now the 52E) will cost $5 starting spring 2026 and it was never optimal since it doesn't operate during weekends / non university days and runs only till 6 pm. Great apartment which was completely renewed when we got into the apartment. Nice people and the maintenance in short time once requested. Close to a bus station that takes u directly to Walmart and other major busses. Returned full deposit as promised. Thank you for the nice experience.

I have lived at 52 Flats for over a year now! The units are very nice, and were newly renovated when I moved in. The outdoor areas are spacious and well-kept. Any maintenance requests are always completed promptly with courtesy notices of when they occur and the opportunity for you to select specific times or request ASAP maintenance. Everyone I've communicated with have been helpful and friendly. They are happy to try and work with you if you have any issues, to find a solution. They also try to plan at least one event per month that include free food, gift cards, raffles, coffee/tea trucks, et cetera. I have not personally used them yet, but there are also have several firepits available for use!

The apartment is fully renovated. It looks brand new inside. The outside they are redoing the parking lot and landscaping. It should look nice when done. Close to Purdue. Friendly staff and maintenance request taken care of quickly. Very happy here
