Trailside Flats

This is definitely the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The staff here is super nice and friendly, and maintenance resolves issues incredibly fast! There was one time a bee flew into my unit; I walked to the leasing office for help, and maintenance came IMMEDIATELY! The printers and computers are super helpful for students. I personally love the coffee bar and the cozy gym. I have great memories of spending my afternoons at the coffee table with my assignments. I love the media room too! They also host cool activities with free drinks and giveaways. I definitely recommend this place if you are moving to West Lafayette✅

Amazing place to live! I’ve been staying at Trailside Flats for a while now, and it’s truly been a great experience. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious layouts and plenty of natural light. The location is perfect — close to parks, trails, and shops — and the community feels peaceful and safe. The management and maintenance teams are outstanding; they’re always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. The amenities like the fitness center, lounge area, and parking are all top-notch. Overall, Trailside Flats feels like home — quiet, convenient, and well-run. I have been living here since 2023 and it has been a wonderful place to call home. I’ve been navigating a stubborn housing market for my first home purchase and I refuse to rent out another address. Trailside has made everything so seamless and easy. Whether you’re in need of something getting fixed, extending your lease for another term, or needing a concern addressed, the team is on it and they are so helpful and friendly. This quiet community has been a great home for my two dogs and I. Everything is how it should be and at a decent price. Common spaces are nice and there is also a pool for those who dabble. I moved here two years ago at the recommendation of friends and I'm SO glad I did! Not only it is close to nice restaurants, quick carry out places, and many grocery stores, it's super quiet with great amenities. I've also always felt safe - be it early or late hours of the day, the complex is quiet. The management and the maintenance crew are so attentive and responsive to whatever you need. It's my #1 recommendation for grad students and professionals who want a great place to live.

Very friendly office staff. Office is nice with a beautiful sitting area, coffee bar, office, and work out area. Salt water pool with my favorite and in pool sitting area! The apartments are very nice and any time maintenance is needed they come fast and fix. My only complaint is that my flat is very cold in the winter no matter what i do. Have to stay in the room with does closed. Causes my heat to kick on all the time making a very expensive power bill.
