Franklin Park Apartments

My family lived here for almost one and half years. We love here very much and enjoyed the life experience in the US. It is a convenient living Franklin Park apartment. Nice environment, good facilities, nice services, convenient transportation, convenient shopping, as well as the nearby good parks, like Lilly Nature Park.  The park is really beautiful. We like to walk there oftenly. My son and I spreaded wood chops on the trails in that park for four consecutive weekends as volunteers. We enjoyed that.  For shopping, we can walk to Walmart and Asia Global Market within 10 minutes, while driving to Meijer and Payless within 10 minutes.The officers of the property office are very kind and helpful for any reported issues with quick response. Anyway, my family all love life here, kind people,

Do not recommend this place with these 4 reasons: 1. Be cautious when moving in — management may try to charge you for items that were never there to begin with. In my situation, they insisted I was responsible for a missing vent fan — something I had never seen since the day I moved in. 2. They increase rent by forcing tenants to pay for unnecessary services, such as mandatory lock changes and trash service. 3. Maintenance sometimes enters the apartment without proper notice. If you’re home but don’t answer the door right away, they may let themselves in, and if you’re not home, they don’t always inform you afterward that they entered. 4. Even on sunny days, water often pools across the driveway. I suspect the sewage or drainage system is not functioning properly.

My experience with this apartment has been very disappointing. The rent kept increasing every year, adding some stupid service that I didnt even want to use but still added to my rent. The day I moved out, I provided my new email address and new address but apparently email was not updated. I found that they charged extra $200 for reason I don't know, and they gave it to collection company. First, I did not get any notification by mail or email from apartment that I need to pay this extra $200, and second, because of this collection debt my credit score was affected. I also found out that I have been paying much higher gas bill while I lived there, because I had some kind of 3rd party insurance about my gas bill that I never signed up for, with any proper explanation. I’ve been living at Franklin Park for 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is convenient with easy access to amenities and public transportation, making commuting or running errands a breeze. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere to come home to. The staff here are friendly and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are always clean and well-kept. I also appreciate the sense of community and how safe I feel in the neighborhood. It’s been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home!

The best thing about the apartment home at Franklin Park is the quietness and privacy. Though not far away from the Sagamore Parkway, the community is very quiet and located within the natural beauty of Celery Bog. While working at home full-time, the quietness ensures a relaxing environment. The property manager also did a great job in maintaining the cleanness of the community.
