Morris Rentals

Morris rentals is by far the best company to rent from in West Lafayette! The time I rented with Morris was easily the smoothest rental experience I had while at Purdue! The apartment was clean upon move-in, the apartment had just been recently renovated, amenities were great, and above all, the staff was so helpful! Even after I moved out of my apartment, I had a few issues with packages arriving at my old apartment and they were so amenable and great to work with! Cheryl is the definition of above and beyond!

I graduated last semester and lived at Morris for 3 years during my time at Purdue. One of the best properties around the campus area for the size of the apartments and how close it was to campus and also Chauncey (Fowler ave). Susan and Cheryl were always responsive to tenants, helped in maintaining safety, and the maintenance crew was great and timely in helping with any issues. The place is unfurnished but me and my three other roommates were all able to pitch in items and they made it easy to divide rent per person per room which was convenient. We had 4 girls in a 2b/2b apartment, and many places don't allow sharing/splitting the room for rent, so that was helpful. Our rent did not increase over the the 3 years we stayed at the apartment, so it really was worth it. Highly recommend to

Just graduated, but lived here for the past two years and my roommates and I have loved it! Amazing location that is super close to campus and maintenance is extremely responsive and quick. Cheryl is a great landlord, loved my little chats with her each day and will miss her! Highly recommend living here, could not have chosen a better place to call home for the last two years!

I will never not recommend Morris. I lived at 419 and obviously it was not luxurious, but Cheryl and Susan are very accommodating. Maintenance is performed quickly. My apartment was clean when I received it (this is not the case for leasing agencies like Granite). Your packages are safe at their office which I love. Additionally I received my full deposit back (after a little back and forth) which is honestly unheard of for leasing agencies around college towns. Thank you ladies!!

Morris Rentals was my home for the past two years. I'll go into why the apartments are worth it (best price on campus hands down), but I first want to talk about the people who run Morris Rentals. Cheryl and Susan are the kindest, realest people you will come across. They truly care about their tenants and ensure that your living experience is comfortable. I have never been so grateful and welcomed for my time with them, especially Cheryl. Going into the office to get my packages and being able to catch up was always one of the best parts of my day. Sometimes, we would even talk for a couple of hours! I love both Cheryl and Susan with all my heart, and implore any tenant to get to know them!
