University Court Apartments

Terrible place to live. The place is built very poorly and CHEAPLY not worth what you pay in rent. Lived here a year now and I cannot even count the amount of problems I’ve had. Especially when the damn parking lot has been their number one priority. I swear they’ve done more out there than any maintenance request we’ve had to put in. The toilets leak and the flooring MUST have some kinda mold underneath because theirs literally no even ground. The laundry room SUCKS the washer and dryers barely even fully clean your clothes AND they haven’t repaired their coin machine in YEARS. Their solution is to just have you go into the office for them… meanwhile the office hours are so bad the people are rarely ever in there during them. There are absolutely NO benefits to this place WHATSOEVER. Don’

We did a lease take over and it was the easiest process ever! The managers/desk team are quick to respond and act quickly when needed! Dane and Sarah are fantastic! The property is well maintained and obviously cared for, with even the grounds people offering a wave and smile. The apartments are roomy and perfectly spacious as well as the bathrooms and showers! Also, affordable on-site 24hour laundry, which was a must and a wonderful surprise when we saw how cheap it was! The lounge is also modern and definitely a place I'd host/hangout at! Thank you University Court and Accolade for a smooth transition!

University Court is an awesome place to live! The staff is always awesome, willing to help out, answering questions, or just saying hello! The 24 hour laundry room, and clubhouse with free wi-fi make even my chores less of a hassle! The maintenance staff is extremely quick to respond to work orders, and are always super friendly and helpful! Plus I can walk to class which saves me the stress of trying to find a spot at the school! Overall a great place to live!

The property manager, Tori is very knowledgeable and kind. The application process went smoothly and living at University Court was very pleasant. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Whenever a maintenance issue did arise, it was dealt with the same day. Tori was also helpful in helping us sublet our apartment when we had to move out early. A great experience at a great property.

I have lived at U Court for two years and have never regretted my decision. It's close to the school and other places. The apartment themselves are very well taken care of and if something does break their on site maintenance takes care of the problem in a timely manner. Can't beat the friendly manager that gets to know you by name and always welcome you with a smile. Another plus is the perks that come with rent, including internet, cable, garbage, tanning, club house with a massive tv, pool table and much more. I hight recommend these apartments.
