Central Park

It’s a very spacious place, the workers are very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the clubhouse is immaculate, the pool could be cleaned more, and have better heating, but overall a wonderful experience. Residents are very friendly, the place is pet friendly but expensive. A nice place for the price, I wish we had better resources to find and meet new roomates.

Lived here for a year and I loved it. The staff and maintenance team are very helpful. Naomi was so nice and answered all of my questions! Overall a great place to live!

They are completely unhelpful when having any issues with roommates. They have policies and rules that aren’t fair/aren’t like any apartment complex one’s me or my friends have heard of. It doesn’t even seem that the rules/policies are in line with state law based on my research. They give paper notices of entry shoved in your door but it’s windy and once supposedly one of my notices disappeared before it could be seen. I complained when they entered as I had no notice (wasn’t in state but roommate never received notice before they entered our apartment) and the front desk just threw up their hands. Also, if one roommate does something the other is held accountable too even if the other had no part in any violations, etc. It’s a nice apartment complex with nice amenities but it’s pricey an

Super nice management team. Couldn’t ask for nicer, kinder, & more thoughtful people. They are ALWAYS happy to help & go way above & beyond. They are fantastic! Every single employee that I’ve come into contact with has been super friendly & happy- you can tell that they love what they do. What really stands out is that 2 managers have told me that they are excited for my daughter & I to move in. It was very genuine. I love that they DNA test the dogs to see who’s leaving poop behind. I’ve been blamed before in the past for someone else’s dog’s poop in a previous community. Sounds funny but actually very clever. I’ve lived with my parents here and moved out, I currently live here on my own and combined it will be my 3rd year at Central Park altogether. Yes there’s move out fees but that’s because they really take care of/clean the apartments before other movers come in so truthfully just plan for it and you’ll be fine. All of the move in and move out process has been smooth every time. I hated the last apartments I was at and I have truly been able to make this place a home. Friendly, fun, and amazing amenities. Colin and China have been phenomenal to say the least, although the entire office staff and maintenance are kind and funny. I recommend this place to anyone who asks me where they should live in town.
