I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. Maintenance was VERY responsive (I once had a mechanic show up minutes after I submitted a request, I was pretty shocked). Office has weird hours and is hard to reach by phone. I recommend using their website portal for contacting them. When I moved in there were a few stains on the carpet, but that was not a huge deal to me. Never had any issues with mold, bugs, things breaking, etc. If you can split the rent across three people it might actually be the cheapest place in town that I know of, and I felt well taken care of the whole time. I liked the duplex aspect way better than apartment living, especially because all units get big yards. Management was timely and responsive to my limited concerns but additional charges for every little thing, lots of ALL CAPS emails and premature and incessant pressure to resign leases leave me extremely to have left. I’m disappointed by the excessive cleaning charge at my move out when my conversation at check out indicated that things were in order. This feels every bit a business rather than a good landlord relationship.

Didn’t replace the carpet before move in. But commented on its state at move out. Had an internal leak reported it and got it fixed but was charged for the damage, for their negligence. Constant harassing emails, first one came within a week of move in, just don’t live here.

T park was great for the cheap price but that comes along with cheapness throughout the whole unit. The office ladies were always rude including the day we got our keys. We weren’t able to move in as soon as our lease started and we were never told why and everything after that’s was always a hassle. They never respond to emails and communication is way to difficult. Parking also was hard if you were going to have a friend over. I would suggest the Verge over tpark if you’re a college student!

Lived here for 2 years, and I am absolutely disappointed. They finesse your money, they take advantage of people during the most troubling times. I was a tenant who tried to follow many of the protocols when moving out, yet I still received many charges, even when I was not responsible for all the years of other tenants living and leaving the house dirty. I seeked for help when I found out that many of the apts were getting their floors removed and adding wood flooring, and I was questioning why our place was not. I was only given a voucher for one of the years I lived there, and I couldn't believe that the voucher was only limited for 3 months. I tried endlessly to contact the 'professional cleaning' and they never responded. I wouldn't advise to live here unless you want to be hustled yo
