This property has such a welcoming feel from the moment you arrive. The community is clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with anything you need. Itze is very well knowledgeable about the property and shows professionalism. Daisy had a very welcoming approach and was very helpful. Everything from the leasing process to everyday living here feels easy and enjoyable. It’s a wonderful place to call home!

Went in a few hours ago and toured apartments with their leasing agent daisy, she was very honest, professional, and helpful. Apartment hunting for the first time ever is very nerve racking but daisy and Itze made us feel very comfortable even though we had a million questions. overall very nice and clean apartment complex. No screaming children or vendor in sight which is a huge plus to us. Overall one of the best apartment touring we’ve had. Definitely one of our top picks.

Professional scammers . I applied twice , and twice they cancelled on me taking my money - holding deposit $200.00 and application fees $90.00 . My credit is in 800s, no eviction records , 2 businesses . Good income. First time I applied more than 6 months ago , and my baby was very small , I used a stroller at all times . Specifically asked for ground floor 1bedroom coz it is a heavy stroller, dangerous to go up and down the stairs several times a day , and they don’t allow to leave stroller downstairs ( dumb !) . I am a single mom , so it would be challenging for me to live upstairs . Waited 2-3 months , paid all fees - and they then offer me 2nd floor unit ! Very careless , unprofessional scammers . They refused to refund me that time . Anyways , later on I had to reapply coz place is c

Management is so nice here! Itze definitely stands out though! She’s extremely attentive to tenants needs and has always managed to get things figured out quickly. My girls love to see her and claim they’re all best friends ‘:D definitely a nice and comfortable apartment complex to live in with great customer service.

These good reviews must be from friends or family of the so called manager, I don't understand how the hot water situation isn’t fixed yet and its been broken since November 2023 and theres a plank of wood to walk over a puddle? That seems hazardous, and an easy lawsuit. Whats even more amazing is the feedback from the owner on the “great” reviews. Seems like the manager is too much of a coward to take the fault and know when to professionally take care of the people who are renting and do their job. I hope the situation with the water gets fixed soon. These poor people don’t deserve this.
