They called and left a message on our phone stating that "... Our underwriters have approved you for $33,000 which can be..." transferred to your account as early as today. When we called to inquire about the loan they hung up on us. Hardly professional considering they called us first. There is caller ID. Had it been an accident they could have called back. If it was a call center, why would anyone send calls through a call center when already approved for $33,000? Again, hardly professional.
Jamie was professional, courteous and she maintained contact with me at all times. I never felt like I was guessing through the process and she was prompt in responding to my calls and emails.
This company shares your credit report and you get calls from 20 different lenders. They keep running my credit report without my consent. Be careful with this scam company
