I am writing this review to document my direct experience and to allow others to form their own opinion. Michael Griffith, a licensed real estate broker associated with Rubicco Inc., was involved in renting out a property that was condemned and had a known, active sewage leak that remained unresolved for an extended period of time. Despite being aware of the condemned status and the ongoing sewage issue, the property continued to be occupied, showing a serious disregard for basic health and safety concerns. Throughout my experience, his approach demonstrated poor judgment, dismissiveness, and an apparent disregard for the responsibilities that come with representing clients, properties, and the public. Instead of acting transparently or responsibly, his behavior consistently raised red flags about integrity, accountability, and basic professional standards. He was involved in renting and managing a property that was officially condemned while there was an ongoing sewage leak present for an extended period of time. Despite involvement from environmental and municipal authorities, there was no meaningful effort to address the health and safety issues.
