I decided to sell my home using a Realtor, I had someone in mind, but he was'nt available to take the business. I ended up using one of the company's other agents. My first mistake, signed in to the contract and away I went. I believe I didn't receive the service I deserved as a customer. Very little feedback and future game plans, only response was to lower lower price! This experience with this agent has left me with a bad taste for future business with this company. I believe this agent needs more experience in this field to survive for future success. If anyone needs a full detail of my experience, I can post more to help others before making their decisions. Atlas realty had a rental posted. I indicated my interest and called the agent who had listing (LuAnn Spizerra or something similiar). I called the day after the listing was on site. 3 days later I still did not hear from her so I called again. She told me that it was going to be rented that day. She denied receiving my call yet I was able to pull up on my history and give exact time and date of call. She sent me a text stating "sorry I will let you know if I get more available " I have a rental history of 13 yrs same home, I am a RN who makes 10x's the rental amount and have excellent references in addition to a credit score of 780. Do not use Atlas Realty or in particular Melissa Sellers. She is the WORST. She will downright lie. The most dishonorable individual I have ever met. Please use a realtor with more experience from a bigger Agency. They know nothing about the market and were VERY disappointing.

New home listings are not up to date. On 1/21/21 I found a listing on their website that I was interested in only to find out from my realtor (from a different firm) that the home was sold in September of 2020.
