Interfaith Heights Apartments

My aunt died 2 weeks ago. Her rent was paid for the whole month and has a cat. Well me and my family went to get her things and cat and they changed the locks. We went up Saturday and they said sorry but we can’t open it until Monday. We got here this morning at 9am asked to get in and sat here until noon. Asked again please let us in. Then she says you have to wait until after lunch. My mom started to get pissed and said she will call a lawyer. The office lady said, “ do what ever you feel you have to lady” LIKE HOW CAN THEY DO THIS????? And there’s a cat in there!!!! They said not our problem!!! THE RENT WAS PAID!!! Now it’s 230pm. And they went on lunch at noon. Why?? What are they getting from being so rude???? Well if the cat is deceased I WILL PRESS ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGES!! They are

Places are okay however there response to maintenance issues are poor at best.
