Provincial Tower Apartments and Commercial Suites

I rented a 2 bedroom unit for several years. I had zero issues. In fact, when life permits, I intend to return. Easy access to downtown, beautiful apartments, friendly staff. I can't say enough about my positive experience at Provincial Towers. Heidi, the building manager is down to Earth and extremely accommodating. The maintenance staff were impeccable. Truly a great experience.

I go to Frederick Dental Group, located here. Very friendly people. Feel very comfortable here for someone who has had bad experiences with dentists. Have to say I never did with this dentist and not nervous to go actually enjoy going cause I always feel comfortable there with everyone there.

I was told that the apartments are beautiful and they are. However I came looking for an apartment October 2020 (pandemic time). I was advised that there was a couple of apartments available. After looking at an apartment, I decided on one. I was advised that it would be ready by November no later than December. December, January and February it still wasn’t ready. I however moved in in March 2021 with work needing to be done. It took a year for the storage room pipes to be rewrapped. It another year to get a new kitchen counter top because the one was warped. The one thing I like is that it is peaceful & quiet.

Must not need anyone, I’m a well qualified renter, good credit score, no bad marks with previous apartments. I run one of the local Gerritys supermarkets, and I called to make an appointment to tour an apartment, never got a call back. I booked an appointment online to tour and never got anything back. I had my wife call and the same thing.

Please contact me ASAP. My mother is in this apartment complex and the property manager is not appropriately addressing issues. Visitors come and go. No masks. No hand sanitizer on site. Water problems. Maintenance not responsive. Please respond to this post with how I can reach you.
