Twin Palms Apartments

The apartment didn’t look like the pictures. The lighting was very yellow and dark. They offer self-guided tours, so if you have questions, be prepared not to get any answers. The padlock didn’t work at first. I had to try multiple times because there were no clear instructions in the AI app that provides the code. After entering the code, you still have to press another button, which is not explained in the app instructions. And there was a leasing agent in the office, but he told me they were closed, even though Google Maps shows that it was open. He told me to scan the QR code to do a self-tour instead. I’m currently a resident here at twin palms for about three months now & I’ve honestly had no issues what so ever. The ladies at the front desk are sooooo helpful & nice. We just got a new mantinece team & he formally introduced himself so that I could report any problems in the future. They did change how we pay rent, & it kinda messed up my rent the first month but the ladies at the front desk have such good energy & great customer service, it makes up for the new rent app. lol

They decided to change how you pay rent. They had a website where you could pay easily, like every other apartment. Now though, you have to download an app, then sign up for 3 separate accounts through that app, and ALLOW ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE APP, AS WELL AS ALL 3 ACCOUNTS, just to pay rent. Oh, and the app runs your credit monthly, so that'll degrade your score over time. I'm sure the owners of the complex are getting a nice kick-back for this, but the app is GARBAGE. They WON'T let you pay online, it all HAS to be done through some shady app. I am so out of this place when my lease is up.

I have lived here for almost three years and this place keeps getting better. New Manager and quick with repairs. A relaxing place to call home and easy access to the 60, 101 and 202.

Twin palms has been a blessing to me and my family. I have lived here going on 4yrs now and at first it was not the best. However when Jenny came on board and we got new management....things became so much better. Jenny has made living here a great experience. So very helpful and willing to help. She has made living here a great experience and the upgrades to apartments is great. If not for being here, I don't know where we would be. They gave me an apartment that feels like home. There is no other place I would rather be.
