Tussing Place

I thought that after 2 months of having moved-out it would not be necessary to leave a comment here but the situation forces me. It's been more than 60 days since I moved-out and I haven't had any response about the return of the security deposit. I've called and they never answer the phone. I left messages and sent emails and I haven't received any timely response either. If you are considering living in this place, please take into consideration each and every one of the opinions before making a decision because it may be the best, or the worst.

This place is fantastic to live in, and the manager is super helpful! Plus, they have an amazing pool you’d love it! I found my mom a place here, and she got in without any trouble. The manager has been taking great care of her since she moved in. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re thinking of moving!

I was supposed to leave this review like a month ago, but James at Tussing Place has seriously been on my mind ever since. Even though I didn’t end up qualifying for an apartment there, he still took the time to help me out — like, he didn’t just send me on my way. He actually looked up other places outside of his own company just to make sure I had options. Who does that?? James was super helpful, super knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person. I ended up finding a new apartment thanks to him — not even the place he works for — and I’ll never forget that. He deserves a major raise and a big promotion. If everyone had a James at their leasing office, moving would be so much less stressful. Thank you again, seriously!

Omg love this place, the Property Manager was amazing so helpful, patient, and understanding! Love the amenities that y’all offer. I appreciate the professionalism you gave because now days it’s very far and few. Can’t wait to sign my lease!! Future resident

I have lived here for 5 years and only moving, because I am moving out of town; however I plan to rent from Village Green again as their Rental Manager James is truly compassionate and competent and his commitment to his renters and our community makes me comfortable to look for a place under their leadership!
