The positive: loft apartment is gorgeous with its brick accent wall, and the location is good. The rest... Had to wait an extra 5 days to move in so they could "clean". Upon moving in found dried cat poop on the floor in multiple locations, and the washer & dryer hadn't been placed in the apartment, as promised. The common areas (hallways & entryway) were always dirty. Neighbors would leave their trash in the hallway for days at a time. Our ceiling fan stopped working in June, it didn't get fixed until mid-September, and that was only after I threatened to get my lawyer involved. There were multiple excuses, they had to buy a fan, they needed to get a ladder from another property, they needed a taller ladder because of the 20' ceilings etc. etc. Also, never once was there a notice that s

Moving is always difficult and tiresome. However, my move into Riverloft was considerably eased by the assistance of the property manager's availability and willingness to adjust to my schedule. Kim is informative, exceptionally responsive and easily contacted. Once I arrived and was settled into my apartment, there were a few small items amiss. I called her to discuss and maintenance came to review the issues within the hour! I was shocked at the response time. Jose was cordial and accommodating and was able to repair the problem that very day. I am very happy with my choice of living locations and look forward to a long residence.

Worst rental experience I've ever had. Washer and dryer broken, AC and heater broken, windows were not insulated so electric bill was always 200 to $300 a month, bed bugs, mice, cockroaches. they stole my security deposit although everything was intact when I left. The good thing is that I always take a video with details of the apartment before I move out as evidence. I'm not originally from reading so I didn't have time to go back to court. I'm a military member and I have to move around a lot, so you guys will hear from me soon with my attorney.

My experience so far has been wonderful. My apartment is the cutest thing, very well maintained. And a huge shout out to Kim, at the front desk. She is such a ray of sunshine and has been the biggest help throughout my apartment hunting! I highly recommend checking out this place and the staff is simply awesome! They are very easy to work with, attentive, and show that they truly care about what they're doing.

I recently moved in and my experience was facilitated and was a good transition made possible by the manager Eleanor who has been very helpful from the start. She made my move in quicker then I thought would be possible. I like my apartment and all wrenches with moving in were rectified expeditiously. Great experience !
