I have used ARTI multiple times for multiple different home purchases. I've been very pleased with the communication and the flexibility and most importantly the quality of work. Attention to detail is the most important thing for a home inspection because obviously they have found things that I didn't notice on many occasions. There are a lot of different ways to communicate a review but the most simple one is that I trust Dave and ARTI with my family's safety.

David Artigliere was punctual, professional, and THOROUGH. For the roof inspection, he does NOT rely on drones like so many home inspectors, but physically goes up to the roof so that you can find soft spots, see conditions up close, and feel/touch the condition. He obviously loves what he does, and will talk/explain everything.
