The Reserve at Wyomissing

I recently moved to The Reserve at Wyomissing and I really enjoy it so far! Brian was so prompt in communication and amazing at providing me help with the move in process, even when I ran into some technical issues on my end with the move-in process he was incredibly patient and helped me fix the issues. The apartment building is very clean, well kept, has great security, and I can tell that Brian and the staff care so much about up keeping the property. I often see Brian making his rounds and checking in/communicating with people around the property as well. He truly cares and makes people feel at home. The maintenance team is amazing as well - the requests I put in were addressed and fixed extremely quickly and they were incredibly friendly. Truly a great team running this place!

Brian Burkhart is an excellent property manager. From start to finish, he made the remodeling process smooth and stress-free. He communicated clearly, responded quickly to any questions, and followed through on everything he promised. The apartment looks beautiful—just like he said it would—and the property is always clean and well maintained. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!

So far, I love living here! It's peaceful, clean, and my apartment is spacious. Brian is the best property manager I have worked with in my experience renting thus far. He makes the whole moving in process very easy, he is very responsive with any questions, and he is kind! Also in my experience with maintenance - Javier is great! I had an emergent issue and he came ASAP. He was polite, kind, and responsive and he fixed the problem with no problem.

I have to start out by saying that this review is long overdue. Been a long time resident here for 16 years and have seen this place dramatically change. I never thought in my wildest dreams that this place would turn out the way it did. Beautiful restructuring everywhere. Couldn’t emphasize more about that. Our property manager, Brian goes through a lot to keep this place running and looking as good as it does. Early this spring I’ve seen him actually tearing out an old shrubbery with his own bare hands on my way to work. This property manager goes above and beyond to make everyone happy including myself. I never felt more proud of this place than I do now. This is a quiet safe, community. Thanks to Brian, everything has a better meaning of living here due to his expertise in management.
