Country Club

New tenant at these apts and my experience has been truly amazing. Carlos has been exceptional from my first inquiry all the way to move in. He’s very attentive and made the whole process easy. I appreciate that he answered all of my question almost instantly which helped with my decision. I’m glad I picked these apts. it feels like home.

I really love living here. The staff is so attentive and pleasant. I would ask that the screens be replaced where needed. I would love to be in a first floor apartment but at this time I can still handle the stairs.

Hi good day everyone.. i have nothing to say here in Country Club this is the best place even though we have not yet exeprience to another places but i can feel already the first time i meet Sir Carlos my friend for now.. actualy we are new here in Reading PA, US coz my wife is a Nurse in St.Joseph Hospital that's we are looking foe near in here work place we searching also other places near but we are thankful to God that luckily w'eve found a vacant here in Country Club. The Best Manager ever Sir Carlos with his most attentive staff Sir Santiago & the other guy. There all good nice person with great attitude. Where from Philippines actualy. The first empression on that day we meet sir Carlos is the good atmosphere when you first came inside you can feel already the good invironment.clean

Great management and staff on-site! I have been a tenant here for a few years and could not ask for a better experience. Carlos, the property manager, is very responsive and takes care of urgent matters as soon as possible. Having both the property manager and maintenance on-site is very helpful and convenient. The apartments are so spacious (especially 2 BR, 2 BA), have a nice large balcony/patio, plus washer & dryer. The community is in a convenient location, is well maintained year around and has a beautiful pool just steps outside of your apartment. Plus in the winter no headaches here – because the snow removal is taken care of seamlessly! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. Overall a great place to live!

I have been living at the Country Clubs for several years and been through 4 different managers. Out of all of them Carlos has been the best. He is very attentive, solves problems quickly and is very courteous. The place is well kept, the grounds are always clean and they are quick to remove the snow so people can get to work quickly and safely. The apartments are spacious, with laundry inside each unit and plenty of storage room. The maintenance staff is also great and attentive. They have been taking great care of the place specially during this pandemic, always cleaning the common areas and making sure everything is running smoothly.
