Carsonia Manor

I lived here for two years and I absolutely loved it! My apartment was excellent, the neighborhood is beautiful, and the neighbors are all kind and quiet. The only reason we're leaving is to buy a house. The property manager Noemi is one of the nicest humans I've ever met and she is so helpful and easy to work with. I will forever love this apartment because it's where I brought my son home when he was born and it's full of so many great memories. I recommend this place to everyone!

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at Carsonia apartments for four years and it has been an excellent experience from day one. The property manager Noemi stayed late on our first day to get us into the apartment and the process was seamless. She has been really friendly and helpful and has always been available for any questions or concerns that had arisen. Rarely did problems come up that needed fixing, but when they did it was a short call and same day repairs, the maintenance by Mike is excellent. The location is fantastic, having a grocery store and park next door is great. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an apartment.

I have lived here for almost a year now. The first thing that is amazing is the staff! The maintenance man, Mike is the greatest I've ever dealt with! Maria the cleaning women is so nice and does a wonderful job. The office manager, Noemi is probably the most professional and friendly manager I've dealt with as well. The apartments are great and spacious as well reasonably priced. Moving here was one of the best decisions in my life and I'm super happy that I did!

Living here has been an absolute blessing, The property manager Noemi is great at what she does, she is super professional and very thorough when it comes to upkeep of the rentals. She is always available when I need something and if something is wrong maintenance comes almost immediately. Mike is the maintenance guy here and he is always kind and very respectful of coming into my apartment to fix or check any of the issues I may have. My dryer would not start a while back and when I called Noemi she sent Mike over right away, Mike had mentioned that if he could not fix my dryer it would be replaced and I had a new working dryer within an hour which was absolutely amazing considering I was trying to dry work clothes for the next day. Carsonia manor apartments is by far one of my favorite places to live. Unfortunately I'm moving out of town. My mother also lived here and loved it as I do for 20 yrs but has since passed on. The property manager Noemi is wonderful. She is quick to get Mike from maintenance here if we have any problems. They are friendly, understanding yet very professional. Thank you again Noemi for making our stay worry free
