Barley Square

I’m blessed to have an apartment at Barley Square. Our property manager Tressa Jefferson is the yes blessed manager of this property, her job is not easy, I know for my experience as a property manager of six huge buildings in different barrels in New York City years ago. Seniors are a different type of tenant, caught in their own ways and many with aged health issues. Mrs. Jefferson goes beyond her call of duty as a manager, helping in so many needy ways of the residents. She should be given a substantial raise for her job and Works that she does here. I’m so glad to know her and I have her back with any niece she has here also with the building.

Tressa the manager is AMAZING!! She and staff take care of the building so good. Helps with any and every thing that comes her way! Respectful and friendly and deserves all the praise and a raise!!!!

I had the pleasure of spending time with some lovely ladies that live here . The manager Teresa is an amazing person and she goes above and beyond for her tenants.!The building is beautiful and very clean .. The tenants are friendly and look out for eachother . A gentleman gifted the ladies with beautiful flowers . I can’t wait for me and my daughter to visit again . We felt so loved . Barley Apartments is a great place ! Teresa you are amazing .

It’s It’s been hard for me to find an apartment home in Reading PA, Pennsylvania. I’m in United States, Air Force disabled veteran and this location is perfect for me until I move to a home somewhere in this area. God has blessed me and is blessed me with the Manager and my neighbors. Our property manager Tressa Jefferson is also a God sent person who manages the property with love and respect. Love this apartment they are beautiful wide and pet friendly and they always clean this place looks like a hotel
