Cockroaches greeted me after only 2 nights..and tried to fight me in the kitchen.. Not okay then be real careful when talking to management I was told I was going to have first month's rent free then they change their minds and only gave me one week free on top of that when I was looking at the apartment the price that was stated was 1695 and then it changed to 1825 I also put down a deposit to hold the apartment 300.00 I was told I was going to get that back never did there's no on-site manager laundry is way to expensive and there is only 2 of them I just can't believe that the rent is this expensive for a studio mind-blowing I suggest going elsewhere

I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. At first I was thrilled to find an affordable apartment in a nice, active and safe part of town. Unfortunately the thrill lessened with time. A manager was never on site or available when needed. They would show up when least expected/without notice, or give you notice but not actually show up. They would announce last minute changes to policies with little to no notice or feedback. There are 2 washing machines and dryers total for 50 units. They only allow tenants to use one set due to the other being next to a demanding neighbor. And the washer/dryer rarely worked or would take your quarters. My car got broken into, and though there are cameras posted in the lot I was informed they don’t actually work and was then asked to pitch in money fo

Lived here one year - TERRIBLE - DON"T DO IT - here's why BAD NEIGHBORS/NEIGHBORHOOD: 1) The management team has had to turn my old unit over & over basically every year because tenants who lived above were nuts. They did manage to evict them, but only after these people had cut my internet line twice, left piles of leaves outside my front door, and disrespectful notes on my door (the walls between apartments are thick, however the ceiling/floor separating the upstairs and downstairs is extremely thin so they would complain about ANY sound I made.). While they lived here, they also were the reason the upstairs laundry room was closed because they complained about the noise and management appeased them by shutting it down. Once they moved out, management finally reopened the 2nd laundry

The management team needs to go. Also the building need to some renovation asap!

Washing machine has been down for a month
