I have been a tenant of theirs on two separate properties and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Any issues that have ever occurred they have been prompt to take care of them. Their office staff have exceptional customer service and really are amazing people. I highly recommend them for your future rentals. They don’t take advantage of their future tenants with unnecessary charges for every little thing that is done in the rental application process like other groups I’ve seen in the same area.

This was my first time using this company for my client, and I definitely will not use them again in the future. There was a lot of back and forth, with documents being sent over only to be said as not received. While I'm grateful that my client was approved, overall, my experience was not satisfactory.

To say that renting from Tucker was the worst living experience of my life, would be a gross understatement. I knew the home was a bit run down before I signed the lease, but being on a tight budget, I settled for the sagging fence, the yard without a spec of grass, the cracked counter top, and the green fuzz on the outside of the windows. Upon move in, I promptly planted grass and flowers, hired a professional window cleaner and turned it into a home. Then came the mold discovery. Not just ordinary mold…black mold. Mold that had been making my daughter sick for an entire year. And the cooperation and concern of the property manager at Tucker was lackluster, at best. ERA Tucker has been my property manager for 10 years now. If they weren't the best I would not have stayed this long. They're charges are on par and even less than the industry standard. They have never, in 10 years, hit me with a hidden fee or have done or said anything misleading. Every decision made is brought to me first and always multiple options are given. Options are always in my best interest. I appreciate Sam and his team very much. I shopped around for 3 months before choosing ERA Tucker, so I can attest that they really are the best bang for the buck.
