Meadows Apartments

My husband and I recently stopped by Meadows Apartments while searching for a new place to live, and we were honestly so impressed. Destiny in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. She greeted us with such a warm and welcoming attitude and immediately made us feel comfortable. She took the time to walk us through everything, answer all of our questions, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and had such a peaceful, welcoming feel to it. After visiting several apartment complexes, this one definitely stood out to us. Destiny made such a great impression and is a big reason Meadows Apartments is now at the top

I’ve had a really good experience with the office staff here, especially Destiny, the assistant manager. She’s always been helpful, professional, and easy to talk to whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and does her best to make sure things are handled quickly and smoothly. Good management can make a big difference in a community, and Destiny definitely goes above and beyond.

as much as I wanted to really like these apartments, I would just say, save your money and find somewhere else only because when I originally moved in the unit was not cleaned at all there was food still in the refrigerator and a past tenant belongings in the medicine cabinet. Most likely some of the units are roach infested as overtime in my unit there have been roaches just appearing out of nowhere in the kitchen from behind the fridge and I wouldn’t be even be surprised if it was super dirty back there because it has never been cleaned out. mind you I have been here for almost a year and even outside it just seems like there are roaches everywhere in the exact same spot. I had lived here for the past four years. Lund properties has the absolute worst apartment management in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The rent increase here for a place that’s barely 500 square feet? Yeah this used to cost me 740 plus pet rent. Nothing was ever got fixed unless you threaten to call Code Compliance or threaten to get a lawyer. The current apartment manager Grace Hernandez is completely atrocious and condescending. She bullies the other two assistants who have to ask her for EVERYTHING. The former head of maintenance, Landon, quit because of her behavior. Then a new maintenance guy, who was black and actually worked, she bullied and told him he couldn’t talk to his coworkers nor other residents and then he quit. She bullies the sweet pregnant black lady in the office

I have lived the Meadows for about 4 years as my first apartment by myself and I absolutely loved it. The neighborhood is peaceful, everyone in the community is friendly, and most importantly I never questioned my safety. HUGE shout out to all of the staff for always being so professional, friendly, and hardworking. Thank you for all of the creative interactive events, food trucks, and the free turkeys every thanksgiving. You all work extremely hard to maintain/upgrade the community functionality and peace. If there was ever a general concern or maintenance issue they addressed it right away. I highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for an awesome community with great people in a convenient location. Thank you all for the best 4 years!
