Robinson Manor Apartments

I lived here and loved it!!! The landlord is very fair and did help me when I was going through a financial hardship. I did end up having to move-out ( evicted) but I cannot say anything bad about this property and the owners. Oh and Bill, the maintenance guy is great also! Very nice and friendly.

Have lived here coming up on year #2. The maintenance and management staff are wonderful and very communicative. It's like a little community of our own around here.

I have lived here since July 2024 and I have had no problems. The application and acceptance process was very easy. The few maintenance requests I've had were handled within a day, The neighbors are respectful and it's relatively quiet considering we're at such a busy location on Pat Booker. The pool is nice and clean and weather permitting I would be there almost everyday. I would (and have) recommend this place.

Mrs. Kimberly is such an amazing individual period as well as a wonderful landlord/manager!! She works well with her tenants and whoever is interested in obtaining units and keeping up the property. She's very soft spoken, understanding, and overall awesome. I really wish we had others just like her!! Kimberly F. continue the great work...God bless!!

The new owner of this place is extremely kind and accommodating! She helped me move in with poor credit, and even put me in a newly remodled apartment! The maintenance team is kind and polite as well! The neighbors are mostly quiet, the street noise is very low, and the complex is within easy walking distance of several markets and restaurants. I really enjoy living here, and would reccomend it to anybody needing an affordable place to stay.
