Sagebrush Apartments

I would give this place a half a star! It’s a lemon property apartment complex. Horrible management and owners as well. Black mold was found in my unit through my closet that came from the unit next door. As well a mold build up under the water heater. They painted over it and left a fan to dry it instead of replacing it. It was replaced after I complained about how they did a terrible job. That problem could have been avoided but they out band-aids on the problem. Now they offer a new way of paying rent through this third party Livable. Livable gives you the opportunity to pay rent on the 4th of the month. Mind you this is an a third party PROVIDED by Sagebrush. Rent was paid the 4th on the app. Sagebrush emailed me an eviction notice and said I needed to pay $116 late fee because of thei

We have lived there for one year and I can say that it has been nothing but a great experience. The new staff has been very helpful and supportive with any problems or concerns we had. I want to make a big shout out to the maintenance staff and especially David. He is a top-tier employee and is very attentive to our maintenance needs.

Im currently looking for a new apartments and Janette did a great job highlighting the best features of the property. She was knowledgeable, informative, and did an excellent job explaining the upgraded unit and its amazing floor plan!

Great complex to live in ! Anytime I need anything it gets taken care right away. Great gym facility not to mention the separate mailroom which keeps packages safe if they can’t get delivered to your front door ! Amazing office staff , would definitely recommend to any and everyone !!!

Arya Grove has been a great experience as a resident. The staff has always been caring and helpful. The pool has been so refreshing during the record heat this summer. It is a quiet neighborhood that is close to schools and shopping. Would look no further than Arya Grove for an apartment.
