Tuckahoe Creek Apartments

Here is a detailed breakdown of Tuckahoe apartments from my almost 2 year stay: Pros- 1) Location- close to a lot in the city. 2 Walmarts both 5 minutes away. Everything is about 10-15 min drive. 2) Pool is nice with a decent gym. 3) maintenance requests are taken care of at a reasonable time. CONS- stick with me now as I’ve been waiting for this. 1) It’s in the name Tuckahoe CREEK apartments. My unit was extremely creaky- I could hear my upstairs neighbor WALKING. When the noise would get too bad, running, stomping- I banged on ceiling. The leasing office charged me for a noise complaint like I wasn’t the victim. 2) Hidden Fees- expect a couple hundred extra on top of your base rent for shared utilities and EXTRA fees. From the moment we arrived, she has been an incredibly positive, welcoming, and professional presence. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly for residents. She is always responsive, empathetic, and resolves any question or maintenance request immediately and efficiently. Lindsey genuinely cares about the people who live here and makes the entire community feel like a home. I cannot say enough good things about Tuckahoe Creek. I have only been here a week and I already feel at home. The on-site staff is amazing- so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I am loving the pool and my balcony. I had a very small under the kitchen sink leak, it was fixed in an hour. Highly recommend

We just had a wonderful experience here! My mom and I came to checkout the place and our leasing consultant, Chris Block – was truly wonderful and understanding with our situation. She was able to handle our needs and made our experience incredibly reassuring. Great quality apartments here and looking forward to calling this home!

RUN AWAY. This place is an absolute disaster. I was lied to from the jump about the apartment I was interested in leasing. I was shown a model apartment during my tour and that should have been my first warning sign. During the tour of the 2 bedroom when I asked to see a 3 bedroom this horribly loud droning noise was prevalent throughout the model. When I asked what it was, the agent just told me the neighbor was in the shower. Why in the world should I hear that? I was also told that the master bath in the 3 bedroom had a tub, it does not. I was told the apartment I was interested in was not a terraced apartment, it was... my bedroom window was level with the grass. This is super handy when the kids are kicking a soccer ball into it for fun. Upon move in my stove did not work b
