I've been living at my apartment for over 2 years and LOVE having it managed by TSP Management: they are always very prompt with responses/issues, keep the apartment landscape well groomed and are very communicative with any updates. Big thanks to Lydia too! Can't recommend renting from TSP enough

Unresponsive and zero follow-through. Yard maintenance was included in my lease, and once the management transferred to TS I never once received any maintenance. After 4 months, I finally had to handle myself due to the rats it brought to the property. Even after I told them there was now a massive rat problem due to yard neglect in May, we had to resort to paying for our own pest management in august. We were supposed to be credited for two pest treatments, only received one. Still no response 3 weeks after I asked for a refund on the second one. Neglected to have the septic inspected until the neighbors’ sewage backed up into their sinks, tub and toilet, even though it was due for an inspection. Rented a property thru TS Property management and could not have been happier. If there was a problem it was taken care of quickly. At the end of our lease we received our security deposit back without issue. I would highly recommend TS Property management.

I have lived in a property managed by them for 4 years and I have had nothing short of amazing experiences. I moved in here coming out of homelessness and they gave me a chance and worked with me. During my time as a tenant, I went through some health issues, during a pandemic that created some financial difficulties and they were so amazing and worked with me. If I ever needed maintenance they were on top of it. Emails were responded to within 24 hours. I work in housing and have had many experiences with landlords and I’ll say, this has been my best landlord experience. I can tell they care about their clients, both owners and tenants.

I leveraged TSP Management services and was thoroughly satisfied and happy with their service. Brian, Jeff and Dan was professional, responsive and knows their job well. I always appreciated their quick turnaround and being available when needed. Overall very satisfied and happy customer. Would highly recommend to others in need of property management services in Seattle area.
