Lakewood Meadows Senior Affordable Apartments

Thus is the most peaceful place I've ever lived! The manager, Erica, is very professional, and so friendly and is readily available. The maintenance man, Lance, with maintenance, is very capable and the leasing agent Nadia is so warm and friendly and like Erica , makes us all feel so kind, approachable! Seniors like myself need stability and independence and apartments like this are perfect for us! I'd recommend Lakewood Meadows above all other senior apartments! 5 star!

I've had a great experience at Lakewood Meadows. Vince, our maintenance technician along with Lance do an amazing job maintaining this place. Erika and Nadia do a great job managing the complex. They work together as a professional team. On a personal note, they all expressed sympathy and expressed a desire to help me, when my wife passed. Asked if there was anything they could do. Thanks. I recently needed some repair work done to my refrigerator, as it had stopped cooling. Repairs were made that morning. Thanks Lance!

Vince has gone above and beyond to take care of his tenants as well as making sure my mother is helped when need. He is the only good thing this property has to offer. Your property manager needs to go seems 90% be out of the office or not even on property. And when on property she has no good relationship with the tenants. And 20 yrs in Hotel management she is not this. Lacks management and people skills

This is a lovely community with friendly and quiet neighbors. The apparents are lovely and well maintained. Lance is a particularly excellent maintenance guy!

Nadia is so helpful with lease process and annual lease updaters even during the current government shutdown. Erika, our property manager, is our communication resource. She is our liaison with corporate. We have a company, CircLiving, that assists us w Ith individual needs.
