Garden Square Apartments

I lived at the complex for 3 years, but recently moved to Texas. When Erica became manager she instantly started working hard to help make our stay more enjoyable and accessible. Being in a wheelchair, it was hard for me to get to the mailbox, so she worked to get that fix fast, as well as getting access to the laundry room which was impossible for me to get into. She is a great property manager, she has a great personality and easy to talk to. From my experience, I enjoyed living at Garden Square Apartments, Thank you for the great experience.

I had a wondrous experience talking to Erica. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time and consideration to help find any availability for my move-in date that was rather way too sooner than later. I'm sad to say that I won't be joining them in their property, seeing as they're currently full, which is a major bummer! But Erica made the conversation enjoyable and comfortable to help for my search in one of the sister's location to accommodate my quick move-in date. It will be my first time stay in Washington, and I am extremely thankful to be guided and at least have a nice conversation with her, thank you for helping me out!

Erica, the property manager, was tremendously helpful in assisting me with my questions about Garden Square Apartments. Although there were no units available for me at the time, she really went the extra mile to refer me to other properties that might be a good fit for me. I am moving from out of state, and it meant so much to me to connect with such a thoughtful and helpful property manager to provide me with some options that I didn't see posted elsewhere. I'm sure anyone would find themselves in good hands at Garden Square with Erica managing things. Good luck searching!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Garden Square Apartments for the year and half I lived there! They are always working on improving the property and are timely in any repairs that need to be made. Their property manager Erica goes above and beyond and it just a complete joy to work to with. Highly recommend Garden Square to any one looking for a one bedroom in Lakewood WA.

My mother and I just spoke with Erika from the leasing office. There were no vacancies currently and I can see why. Erika was so positively energetic. She really was informative and seemed eager to help. I could tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the tenants. I have a feeling this community is a pleasant place to live.
