Managing a residential community can be challenging at times and rewarding most of the time. Our management team are very courteous, welcoming and supportive creating a pleasant living experience. However we residents must also do our part and simply follow the policies in our leases. The management team are always there to help us be successful and contributing members of our community. We recently had our microwave oven breakdown, contacted the property Management team their response was quick and friendly .. Maintenance man Scott contacted us and responded quickly. Scott was very knowledgeable in cause and repair of microwave. 👍👍👍

The parking situation here really needs attention. Each unit only gets one assigned spot, which would be fine if the unmarked/overflow spots were actually usable. But most evenings after 7 PM, every single open spot is taken. If you have more than one car, finding parking becomes a daily headache.What makes it worse is when people double-park and take up two spaces like this guy didn't even look back after parking like this 🤦 , even though they know parking is already limited. I’ve included a photo because this is exactly what residents deal with. I’ve seen people waiting close to an hour just to find a place to park.I hope management can look into adding more spaces or enforcing the current rules more consistently. The situation isn’t impossible to fix, but it definitely needs improvement

Had a water pipe issue that required a hole in the ceiling. Mr Scott has been informative, communicated quick and did a quality fix. No more water mess, thank you Mr Scott.

I have a lot to say about the management of the buildings. Despite of the apartments being really nice, there is something else I don’t want to deal with in an apartment complex which is NOISEY NEIGHBORHOODS. I’ve reached out to the leasing manager multiple times complaining about the upstairs neighbors being loud, but unfortunately nothing has done to end this situation. They either take forever to get back to me or haven’t responded yet. If you’re planning to move here (especially building 8910), just remember that your beautiful sleep will be constantly interrupted by others. These neighbors don’t sleep at all. They’re loud really in the morning 5am, in the entire day, even more loud in the evening, and they cook around midnight. I honestly can’t wait for my lease to end to move out. I
