The Meadowlark Apartments

These apartments are one year old, a 55+ community. They are owned and built by a small private company, minority owned. From viewing to renting my experience was seamless. The staff and managers seem very professional and helpful. Especially my property manager Karie, who lives on sight and is very supportive and helpful. ***Updated Reviews-I have lived here since Spring 2025 and the Apts have now (bate and switched) to Adults only.. they cannot rent higher floors due no elevators (3 levels). Many Younger tenants are military from JBLM base. No insulation in walls and floors 🙄 you hear EVERYONES business even the 3rd floor. You pay $99 for uncovered parking. There have been break in cars so they put a short gate up 🙄. If you have a dog or cat you have to have them neutered/spayed and do

From the moment I contacted the Meadowlark Apartments the entire experience has been stress-free. My leasing agent Tonya was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout my experience. The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are Well kept! I would highly recommend REMY Properties if you’re looking for a place to call home!

From day one my experience has been amazing. The apartment complex is very clean and well kept, the apartment interiors are spacious, clean, bid and brand new. I couldn’t have a better place to live at. I’ve been living here for three months and I just love it so much!

This complex is immaculate. The ownership and management are all top notch professionals who are extremely warm and caring. We have been living here for 3 months and are very happy and thankful we found this peaceful and beautiful complex. The kitchen and bathroom are very spacious and the cabinetry and surfaces are very high quality. All appliances are Samsung. The landscaping and night time lighting are beautifully done and has a high end hotel vibe to it. Being a 55 plus complex, it is very quiet, peaceful and all entries are fully secure. We absolutely love living here.
