I've been a member for 8 years and really wanted to like trustone mortgage. It started as a headache to just apply. The link sent to me went to an old system I guess. Couldn't log in. Took a few days just to apply. Talked to 2 separate people. Both give a rush feel. The primary I worked with wasn't easy to get a hold of within 24 hours a few times. In this market you need to pick up the phone or reply to emails quick. Ended up going to a buy and sell mortgage kind of place since he has always ready to get a hold of.

We worked with Eric and he was amazing. Not only is he knowledgeable and super responsive to any questions we had but he often communicated with us before we even reached out to him. This was our first house mortgage and he could not have made the process more smooth for us. Can't recommend him enough.

Wendy Nelson was a rockstar to work with. She answered our questions even outside normal banking hours. She really made the process of buying our first home as painless as possible.

If you want to talk to someone you need to wait on hold for at least half an hour. Their web site doesn't work with Safari. So if you have all the time in the world to talk to a banker then this is the place for you.
