Medicine Lake Apartments

Ive been living in these for just over 4 months. Im happy to use the word home now. I read the reviews and I laugh at some ,agree with some. There's no doubt this property has been here for a while. That being said. I wouldn't say they've let the place go. When you arrive at the main doors to the office. You're welcomed by fresh tropical plants. It was changed out from when I moved in originally. I also spoke with the person switching the foliage up. She was doing maintenance. You can see a passion. A mile away when someone loves their craft. Im always happy to know its the first thing that says"home" when arriving. There is a staff member I see every morning. Keeping the place clean. This apartment complex is loud! You will hear you neighbors, doors slamming, and the floor above you cracking & popping constantly as your above neighbors walk. Medicine Lake is aware of this issue as I have filed numerous complaints and attempted to resolve the issue between management. The “solution” management purposed was to move me to the 3rd floor and pay 60 days rent on the old unit + the new rent - Ridiculous and insulting I have to pay +$3,000 to stop the noise and live in peace! They did not make me aware of this issue when I signed my lease as I want this to be a key point for potential new tenants at Medicine Lake. They have also made it tremendously hard to move apartments with lack of responses to my emails asking for help! I loose sleep almost every night and it's incr

This complex is morally corrupt in the way it treats tenants. We gave notice to move out, and management offered to let us ‘spread out’ the termination fee — but what they failed to disclose was that this would lock us into paying for additional months, ultimately costing us much more. It felt like we were robbed at a time when we could least afford it. They knew our situation, they knew we needed out as soon as possible — yet instead of being honest, they deceived us and took advantage of our situation.

Yep came here for a tour. Called the office she hung up the call. You can see us standing there plan as day. Apparently talking with the mailman was more important. A train runs through this property as well. Yall are asking way too much for rent for wall unit for AC and boil heaters. Need to charge 895 a month for this dump. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS , you will regret it immediately. Living here is a nightmare. You will never have peace or quiet, you’ll hear your neighbors talking and even when sneezing. Forget about relaxing or taking a nap bcz the noise is unbearable. On top of that, the management is beyond rude and completely unhelpful. But the worst part? A massive water leak happened just two days ago, affecting multiple units and they still haven’t fixed it. Residents are left dealing with the mess while management does nothing. This place is a disaster!! STAY FAR AWAY
