Quinn at Plymouth Apartments

First, I should say that Shaun, Tamika, and Amanda made our moving experience as pleasant as possible, which is extra appreciated whenever moving across multiple states! I can't say enough how welcomed we felt, especially as a non-Minnesotan, multicultural family. There were no snags, they were upfront about fees and policies, and processed everything quickly and smoothly. Tamika was so personable and informative during our video tour, which are always awkward anyway. When we arrived for our move-in, Shaun actually came up with us to inspect our apartment and put in minor repair notices himself. Staying at the Quinn has been a great experience so far. Amanda and her team make it a priority that tenants are heard and cared for in a timely manner. Staff truly take an interest in getting to know us, as people, which makes it feel more like a home and creates a great sense of community.

I moved to the Quinn from out of state three years ago. I did the whole leasing process over the phone- the leasing office even FaceTimed me and walked me through the apartment and made the move super seamless. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The management team is awesome!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the tour to move in! Tamika has been wonderful and so friendly. She's so thorough and is always making sure we have what need, super responsive on questions and loves to see our dogs!☺️

Needed to give a special shout out and big thank you to Amanda. She gave a great tour, was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I especially love the gym, and the area was very organized and clean.
