Update: one week later and still no contact from management whatsoever per their response below It is so nice to have a free standing house that is a rental and I absolutely LOVE Julie in the office, however that is where the good things end. Communication - we cannot get in touch with anyone ever. We send repeated emails, leave voicemails, etc and never get responses. maintenance- there are so many maintenance issues with the house. At one point we had 13+ open tickets. Our vanity is separating from our wall (see picture), it is boiling hot upstairs while freezing downstairs (at least 6 degree difference) to where we have to turn on the fire for actual warmth, our windows and microwave are not sealed so there are cold drafts throughout the house, and the “smart home hub” has not worked

Love my home and living at Beacon Ridge! This community has all there is to offer with amenities and conveniences that cover all of my needs within 5 minutes, not to mention the maintenance-free living. This in itself has enriched my life, not to mention enjoying & relaxing at the pool or walking on the trails.

Beacon Ridge is an awesome place to live. The homes are current, clean, great layouts and very functional. The amenities are fantastic - pool, gym, community areas, dog park are maintained wonderfully. The staff is especially helpful, patient, responsive and friendly. We love it here!!!!

We are enjoying living at Beacon Ridge! Our home is beautiful and we love the ease of living there. The landscaping, snowplowing, furnace filters, etc. are all taken care of by management. We especially enjoy all the wildlife including deer, turkeys, bunnies and tons of birds!
