I have lived at Medicine Lake Parkside apartments for 5 years. It is has been a perfect place for me to rent. I have recently married. We are looking into cooperative housing. They all have extensive waiting lists. We are finding the best place to live while waiting is right here at Parkside.
I love everything about Parkside....the beautiful setting...the unique and spacious floorplans with floor to ceiling windows and large balconies...and I especially appreciate the dedicated staff who truly manage and maintain this complex beyond all others. It is a pleasure to live here.
THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT PARKSIDE, SOME GOOD, SOME QUESTIONABLY BAD. wHICH ONES ARE BAD? I DON'T CARE FOR THE NEW HEATING, ETC, SERVICE FEES BRINGING THE TOTAL INCREASE IN MONTHLY COST OF HOUSING UP A FAIR BIT. MAINTENANCE IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN SUPERB AND VERY FAST. i'M ALWAYS PROUD TO HAVE FOLKS VISIT MY HOME. FOLKS ALWAYS COMMENT ON THE SUPERB LOOK OF THE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. ON BALANCE, HOWEVER, A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME.
This is a great apartment complex and management is super thoughtful and kind. The apartments are a bit older but the scenery and being right next to trails and medicine lake makes up for it!
The maintenance guy (I’m sorry I don’t know his name) brought me 2 new LED bulbs for my hanging light in the living room. He also gave me a box with the wattage on it so I will know the correct bulbs to buy in the future.
