Truman Park

I've been here almost a year and cannot wait for this lease to end and find a better home. Noise has been an issue that has never resolved. You can hear everything from apts up and down and around. Ridiculous. They need to update units with sound proof walls or something. The ppl who work here are pleasant but this place is costs way too much money to be having so many issues. I wish I had went with another apt in the area for the same price and better amenities. If you like noise, constant apt issues from flooring, to ceiling, to trash, to noise, and everything in between, this is a great place for you to be. If not, invest that money into a better apt please, not worth it here. Also, people should not be parking in the electric car parking spaces if they dont have an electric car, that i

Recently, I took a tour here to find my next home. Besides the wonderful amenities that this complex has to offer, the employees are amazing too! I took a tour with the assistant property manager Winsly, and she was super helpful and kind! All my questions were answered, and she had a very positive and helpful attitude. I look forward to speaking more with her, and I will definitely be considering this complex when applying!

I had the best experience when I moved in Truman park… Winsley and the other staff are great. The moving process went so smooth and my apartment is perfect. The staff are so helpful and very professional and I love it. So far this is the best place I move to.

It has been a pleasure to move into the Truman Park Apartments. The leasing office staff has been so accommodating! Their communications throughout the entire process was superb!

My balcony is riddled with dog urine. I first reached out to the office back in May about the above tenants dog urinating(daily) onto my balcony below. I really thought this was going to be handled immediately, considering how disgusting the nature of this situation. However, after multiple visits, emails, and nonchalant promises to “take care of it”, and have the balcony pressure washed, nothing has changed. My final visit in regard to having the balcony cleaned, about two weeks ago, was met with an annoyed response of “It’s busy. We have a big inspection coming up so it might not get done this month, but we’ll see”, as if I am asking for a replacement light bulb or some special accommodation, and not the removal of bio-hazardous waste, of dog piss and feces, collecting on the balcony.
